We needed to rent out our condo and Sasha handled the entire process from showing the condo to prospective tenants to finalizing the transaction. I should say that I was very impressed with how Sasha handled every step of the process. He found tenants very quickly and handled communications between me and tenants about issues / what needs to be fixed very efficiently and professionally. This is a second time that Vanguard is renting out this condo and both times I could not be happier with the process and outcome.
